A native Cincinnatian, John E. Mahin graduated from St. Xavier High School and pursued his undergraduate education at Marquette University. Mr. Mahin obtained his law degree from the University of Dayton in 1977 where he was a member of the Law Review. Mr. Mahin was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1977 as well as to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, as well as the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Mahin was chairman of the Lawyers Referral Service Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association and has been a member of the Tort/Insurance Law Committee and the Workers' Compensation Committee of the Cincinnati Bar Association. Mr. Mahin's practice is in the area of civil litigation and he has special interest and experience in personal injury law, workers' compensation and medical malpractice. Mr. Mahin and his wife are the parents of two children and live in Delhi.
